Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Terra Organics, we are committed to delivering healthy, high-quality plants. As plants are live and perishable products, this policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, refunds, and replacements are handled.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Cancellation requests must be made via our official contact channels.

Orders cancelled prior to dispatch are eligible for a 100% refund.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

Eligible for 100% Refund:

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch
  • Orders that cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability or internal issues
  • Not Eligible for Refund:
    Orders that have already been shipped
  • Delays caused by courier or logistics partners

Minor transit-related stress such as:

  • Leaf drop
  • Slight damage to foliage
  • Soil displacement
  • Damage due to improper handling or care after delivery

 

3. Damaged, Dead, or Incorrect Product Claims

We take utmost care in packaging; however, if you receive:

  • A completely damaged or dead plant, or
  • A wrong product

You must follow the process below:

  • Mandatory Requirements:
    Record a clear unboxing video from the moment the package is opened
  • The video must show:
    Sealed package condition
    Opening process
    Condition of plant(s) inside
  • Reporting Timeline:
    Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Submission:
    Share the unboxing video along with photos via WhatsApp or Email
  • Resolution:
    After verification, Terra Organics may offer:
    Replacement of the product, OR
    Store credit

⚠️ Important:

Claims without unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances
No monetary refund will be issued once the order has been shipped.

4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds (for eligible cancellations only) will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method


5. Product Nature Disclaimer
All plants are live, natural products and may vary in:

  • Size
  • Shape
  • Density
  • Temporary stress due to shipping is normal and recoverable
  • Customers are responsible for proper post-delivery care
